sum-It's Total Payroll software is designed to cater for the wide variety of needs for wage calculations in both agriculture and other industries. It handles both hourly and period paid employees, multiple overtime rates etc. It calculates Tax and National Insurance and prints full payslips. It generates all figures required for month and year-end returns. Furthermore it also seamlessly integrates with the Total Accounting Module.

You can start using Total Payroll at any time in the PAYE Tax Year. Simply enter each employee's cumulative figures to-date and the system will take over from the next pay period.

Optional Module

If you employ less than 50 staff you can claim a cash incentive from the Inland Revenue by submitting your Year-End Returns to them on-line rather than in paper form. To do this you will require the PAYE On-Line Module as an addition to Total Payroll. For further information please contact us.

Hardware Requirements

Total will operate on Windows 98 or above, including ME, 2000, XP and Vista. It requires a minimum of 64MB Ram and 40MB of Hard Disk capacity plus an internet connection to receive program updates.
