Here are some non-Total programs that we have developed for specific tasks.

MoveMate

Movemate is designed to handle cattle movements onto Markets and Abattoirs, generating Sales Day Sheets or Slaughter Sheets, emailing BCMS to notify them of the movements, and providing a comprehensive Movement record of all on-site activities.

Slaughter Control

The Slaughter Control program is designed to be a complete control and tracking system for slaughter houses processing UTM and OTM animals. Traceability is the key for Abattoirs in gaining DEFRA approval under the new OTM Processing rules.

The system offers 3 operation modules, ensuring the correct data is captured at each required point in the slaughter process, from the Lairage to the Killing Line, with a Central Office module to email movements to BCMS and Sample ID files to the labs.

All data inputs are made by bar code scanning,  maximising simplicity and eliminating operator errors. The system uses a single data source for all control/reporting requirements. Data security is ensured by automatic internal and external backup systems.

  Lairage Module

  • Data capture at point of animal arrival before off-loading.
  • Animal Passport used as main data source.
  • Automatic age calculations based on DOB from passport ensuring correct UTMS/OTMS control.
  • Bar code input eliminates data entry errors.
  • Generates a 'Lairage Report' allowing for straightforward animal identification and cross-checks to be carried out.
  • Lairage report used as the single control document throughout the slaughter process - identifies and sorts animals by category and marks animals requiring samples.

  Kill/Sample Room Module   

  • Data capture at point of kill/sample.
  • Animal Passport used to access data captured in Lairage Module, ensuring accuracy.
  • Prints sample pot ID labels if required.
  • Prompts for sample pot codes that, if required, can only be scanned from a bar code, eliminating data entry errors.
  • Records the time of death and generates a kill number to identify animal position on processing line.

  Central Office Control Module

  • Generates ‘Sample ID’ file to be e-mailed to testing laboratory.
  • Produces Bonded Carcass report in kill order to allow for easy identification of one before and two after animals.
  • E-mails animal movements direct to BCMS.
  • Various management reports give full traceability of animals from arrival right through the killing process to carcass destination.

 

Turkey Management

The Turkey Management program was developed for Christmas Turkey enterprises. It holds customer orders and records turkey weights achieved then allocates the birds to the orders through a flexible allocation table that Users can fine-tune depending on their customer requirements.

Estate Management

The Estate Management program stores all property details for Estates, by holding and tenant, including land schedules and property improvements. Rent Invoices can be generated automatically each period and the sales details exported into the Total Standard Accounts program.
